Workhouse Annual Fireworks Return in 2023!

General Information

Launched from our historic, 55-acre campus, the region’s largest pre-Independence Day Fireworks show celebrates the history of this amazing nation. The event will dazzle all visitors with an incredible display of vibrant colors, bright lights, and ground-shaking explosions and offer amazing and fun entertainment for all ages!

This year, The Radio Sparks band will take center stage in the Rizer Pavilion with a concert featuring the greatest hits from the 60's through today! DJ Sha The Goddess will bring energy, excitement, and entertainment before the concert and will spin tunes during the big fireworks show after dark!

Date: Saturday July 1, 2023

Venue: Workhouse Arts Center

Gates open at 6:00pm, fireworks begin at dark- approximately 9:15pm

VIP Tickets include 5:00pm early site access

• Includes General Admission Ticketing for all persons in your vehicle

General Admission Ticketing

• Free admission to this event, and all are welcome!
• Free concert under the Rizer Pavilion featuring the music of The Radio Sparks band
• Free access to the Workhouse quad to begin the celebration starting at 6:00 PM 
• Free fireworks display many viewing areas on campus
• Free access to artist studios, galleries, and the Lucy Burns Museum
• Free family friendly lawn games and self-guided activities
• Food trucks and beverage options (food, soft drinks, craft beer, and wine available for a la carte purchase)
• *does not include a reserved (unassigned) parking spot on campus which is priced per vehicle, not per person; be sure to purchase a parking pass in advance, if you are planning to park on campus; in past years we have reached sold-out status for parking

VIP Lounge Access Pass

• $120 per person, includes all General Admission privileges plus;
•  Exclusive Invitation the Workhouse President’s Welcome Reception in the VIP Lounge
• This will be hosted from 5:00pm-5:45pm in the VIP Lounge in building W16
• The reception includes a wine-tasting reception with charcuterie sampling.
• Exclusive access to the VIP Lounge featuring all-you-care-to-enjoy casual dining fare and private bar service with soft drinks, beer, wine, and specialty cocktails in the VIP Lounge. (Two beverage tickets are included with your admission, additional items are available for a la carte purchase)
•  Reserved Premium Seating for the fireworks display
