For wine drinkers who politely (or vehemently) decline, it’s usually because their first experience was a mass produced, inexpensive oak and butter bomb. But Chardonnay can assume many forms, from beautiful bubbles, to still wines ranging from crisp & steely to round & robust. Small bites will accompany the wines, and some wines will be available for purchase at the end of each session.
