Run, Jump, Throw is the ultimate program designed to help young athletes develop their physical abilities and improve their overall heath and wellbeing (while also learning some cool new skills).

Run, Jump Throw is designed for kids of all ages and skill levels, and is based on the latest research in youth development, physical education and is based on the standards and guidelines of USA Track and Field programs. With a focus on fun, engaging activities, our program is perfect for schools, sports clubs and parents who want to help their children become healthier, more confident and more active. 

​We've put together a 4 week Run, Jump, Throw program that includes a range of activities that are specifically designed to help kids develop their coordination, balance, strength and endurance. From running and jumping to throwing and relay events, our activities are designed to challenge kids both physically and mentally, while also encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and a love for physical activity.

Each week kids will compete in age-appropriate activities and work to improve their speed, form and mindset up to the final week where young athletes participate in a mini meet and earn medals for completion to EVERY participant!
