Rooftop Productions presents the Second Annual 10 x 10 New Play Festival. Submissions open now through April 15, 2023.

Ten Plays will be selected from all the entries received between now and April 15, 2023. The top 10 will compete for three awards: First Place - $175, Second Place - $150 and Audience Favorite - $100. This year, we have also added a high school category. The winner of the high school category will receive $100.

The festival of new plays is being held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday August 24, 25 and 26 at the ARTfactory in Manassas, Virginia.
