RiverFest & Craft Show has something for everyone!
Over 250 artisans will fill the streets of the historic district for a weekend of family fun. In addition to great arts and crafts, you can watch the Whatever Floats Your Boat Parade on Saturday and the annual Duck Splash on Sunday! Enjoy the beer garden and catch a concert. Or head to Conservation Alley for demonstrations, recycled crafts, and plenty of love for the natural world.
BOAT TOURS ON THE OCCOQUAN
During the weekend of RiverFest only, Carefree Boat Club offers an intimate 45-minute pontoon boat tour through our Occoquan waterway. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride, and keep your eyes peeled for our resident wildlife including osprey or eagles! Break out your camera as you cruise by Heron’s Haven, our neighboring isle, to spot blue heron and painted turtles.
Tours disembark at the top of the hour from the Town Dock behind Madigan’s Waterfront Restaurant. Food and beverages are welcome on the tour, so feel free to grab a snack for your tour. Eight people per tour. Early Bird rate for individual tickets are $15 each, $18 at the gate. Online preordering ends 5/31.
