Cross-Country Tailgate Spaces at the Morven Park International & Fall Horse Trials, October 12, 2024

Experience the thrill of international-level cross-county competition up close!! Celebrate more than 50 years of eventing at Morven Park and enjoy front-row seats to one of only three CCI4*-L courses on the East Coast. Arrange for a Saturday brunch and cheer for your favorite competitors as they take on Derek di Grazia’s 4*-L and 4*-S courses. Tailgate spaces are on sale until October 7, 2024.

Tailgate spaces are located in the center of the cross-country course, awarding spectators prime viewing of main combinations on course against the backdrop of the Davis Mansion.

Tailgate vehicles are to be in place by 8:20 a.m., with auxiliary parking available nearby. Due to the location of the tailgate spaces at the center of the course, tailgate exits will be limited to breaks between levels. Please plan accordingly.

EACH PASS INCLUDES:

• Access for one vehicle to park on the cross-country course, surrounded by jumps, for the best viewing of the CCI cross-country competition. Guest parking is free in the Spectator Parking Lot.
• One tailgate space for Saturday, October 12, for the 3*-S, 3*YH-S, 4*-S and 4*-L cross-country competitions. Come see some of the world’s best horse/rider teams compete on Morven Park’s renowned course, within view of the iconic Davis Mansion.
• An opportunity to spend a wonderful autumn day entertaining up to 12 friends, family, or clients at picturesque Morven Park. You may bring your own food and beverage, have a picnic catered, or visit our fantastic food vendors.

TAILGATE OPTIONS:

• Upgraded Tailgate Space - $300: includes (1) 10' x 10' tent, (1) 6' Table, and (4) Chairs
• Tailgate Space - $150: includes (1) 10' x 10' reserved space. No personal tents permitted.
• Upgrade your reserved space to include a 10' x 10' tent, (1) 6' table, and (4) chairs up until 10/7/2024.

Arrival Information: Enter via Tutt Lane and follow the instructions from the parking attendants to reach the tailgate entrance. All traffic across the Park will be closed at 8:20 a.m.

Inclement Weather: Barring extreme conditions, eventing is an all-weather sport. In the rare case of a cancellation, we will post updates at MorvenPark.org and will reach out to tailgate ticket holders.

Refunds: Partial refunds available until September 15; no refunds will be issued after this date.

Hold Harmless: By purchasing a tailgate space, you and all invited guests assume all risk and hereby disclaim and hold harmless Morven Park/The Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foundation, Inc. and grant Morven Park/The Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foundation, Inc. the right to take photographs to use for promotional purposes without any method of compensation.
