ComicWorx

ComicWorx is a pop-culture convention that celebrates both art and fandom as it unites fans, new and old, together in one place to escape with their favorite interests. ComicWorx will help introduce younger audiences to the Workhouse, as well as ignite a new appreciation for our campus, its history, and everything we offer. ComicWorx will have all your favorite features you’d find at any other pop-culture convention such as: 

• Stroll through various vendors that sell everything from prints of your favorite characters, collectibles, dice, stickers, plushies, and much more! 
• Test your skills with various TCG games such as Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering! 
• Learn a new trick to help better your cosplay with various Workshops or, have a super cool cosplay you want to show off? Compete in our cosplay contest! 
• Hungry? Then grab a bite to eat of the Ninja Turtles’ favorite, pizza! 
• Don’t want the fun to end early? Party till we see the stars at our Club Rizer, Nerd Night! Featuring some of your favorite anime openings, catchy songs from your favorite shows, and more! 
• Have you or your family actually seen a spook, specter, or ghost? If the answer is yes, then don't wait another minute, come meet the Ghostbusters, VA! 
• Have you harnessed the power of the Force? Did you travel from galaxies far, far away? Then you’re in the right spot to meet the 501st! 
• There is so much in store at ComicWorx, it won’t even fit inside the TARDIS!
