Take a voyage into Virginia wine history with an elegant four course evening wine dinner. Each course will be paired with wines from Philip Carter that reflect the culture and story of five centuries of Virginia wine. Our wine dinner is truly a unique Virginia-centric experience. Reservations required. Must be aged 21+ to attend. Business Casual or Cocktail Attire respectfully requested.

Harvest Bisque: Seasonal soup made from butternut squash and apple blended with cream and spices. Garnished with roasted squash and apple slices.

Colonial Game Hen: Oven roasted game hen, served with charred potato puree and shaved brussel sprouts.

Beef Shoulder Medallion: Served with Au Jus with a side of charred potato puree and shaved brussel sprouts.

Valley View Apple Tart: Locally sourced apples sliced & baked into a delicious crust, topped with homemade caramel sauce.
