Event Details

Winston Hodges is from a small town called Farmville (at least that is what he tells people, he is actually from a town so small he would know if you were from it!) in rural Virginia. He has spent his time working comedy clubs with his southern charm and edgy wit. His first time performing he won the competition at the Richmond Funny Bone’s Clash Of Comics, and he has never looked back. You can hear him discussing growing up in a Christian home and working with children who have special needs all while providing a fun and energetic take on all the things we want to say but never do.

Lafayette Wright’s obsessions with art and expression fuel who he is both onstage and off. He has spent close to a decade honing his skills on the DC Comedy scene, and he now has a razor sharp act and undeniable onstage likability. He was featured in an episode of “Hart of the City” on Comedy Central.

Originally from Utah, Bengt Washburn grew up the youngest son in a small Mormon family (7 kids) in a large Utah town (2000 people). At nineteen he was given a ten speed bike, two polyester suits and a plane ticket to Seattle Washington where he served his two year tour of religious duty as a missionary for the LDS (Mormon) church. He returned home two years later with buns of steel and life experiences that would translate into twenty minutes of solid comedy material. He began doing standup comedy full time in 1997. In 2001 Bengt won the prestigious San Francisco International Comedy Competition. He has since appeared on Comedy Central‘s Live at Gotham, the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and on Conan on TBS. He has performed in forty states, on four continents, at the 2002 Winter Olympics and in Canada.

Cerrome Russell, born and raised in Sumter County, Ga., started his comedy career 10 years ago while serving in the United States Marine Corps. He was first exposed to a broader audience as a cast member on the 2nd Season of BET’s popular prank show Hell Date. He has traveled extensively, performing at college campuses and military installations worldwide, as well as opening for Hannibal Burress. Cerrome Russell’s comedy comes in many varieties, including Off-Center, Truthful, and of course, Country. Follow him on Twitter at @CerromeRussell.

Rob Maher is a two time finalist in Comedy Central's Laugh Riot competition, and in 2017 he was featured on “Hart of the City.". He is a recurring guest on Baltimore's 98 Rock and is a regular performer at the DC Improv, the Richmond and Virginia Beach Funny Bones and Magooby's Joke House. Rob is also one of Armed Forces Entertainment's featured comedians. He's had the great honor of performing shows for our troops all over Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Japan and Egypt. Under the banner of Die Laughing Productions he produces murder mystery comedy shows.
